Sandimmun Neoral: Sandimmun Neoral capsules should not be stored above 25°C.
Sandimmun Neoral oral solution should be stored at 15°C to 30°C (but not in a refrigerator).
As the solution contains oily components of natural origin that may solidify at low temperatures, it may become gel-like at temperatures below 20°C. However, this is reversible at temperatures of 30°C. Warm the solution until the gel-like consistency is no longer apparent. Minor flakes or slight sediment may remain; however, these do not affect the efficacy and safety of the product. Dosing using the syringe also remains reliable.
Shelf life: Sandimmun Neoral: Once the bottle has been opened, the contents should be used within 2 months.
Stability: Sandimmun: Stability of the dilute solution: If possible, the Sandimmun infusion should be given immediately after aseptic addition of the concentrate to the infusion medium.
Discard any of the solution that is not used.
